Why It Matters:

You’re not alone in your pursuit of increased Health, Wealth, and Time Freedom. Since February, we’ve had over 300 people join us — using the HWT Questionnaire to benchmark their starting point in the journey toward Agency.

Here Are The Lessons So Far:

  1. Wealth and Time are where we have the most opportunity. Across all respondents, we’re averaging 2.7 to 2.8 (out of 5) in each category. It’s a powerful reminder that we have ample headroom to increase our Agency and freedom through finances, our relationship with time, and the interplay between the two. Going into 2024, the team at Optimal is increasing our focus on giving you the tools you need to win in these categories.

  2. Over half of you have children at home. With 80.49% of our community in prime child-rearing years (between 31 and 50 years old), it’s to be expected — and we’ll be tapping Patrick’s real-time experience as a father to give you more guidance on navigating kids and Agency.

  3. We’re a damn healthy bunch. Averaging 3.4 out of 5 in the Health category, we’re performing here — exercising, eating well, and avoiding alcohol and sugar. The opportunity for improvement is in the less-traditional forms of “health” — we score lowest on the questionnaire items related to connection with friends and family, avoiding social media, and getting enough sleep.

  4. Your self-ratings are spot on. Wondering where you should focus your journey toward Agency? You already know. As a group, we’ve rated ourselves (7.2 out of 10) on Health, but just (6.0 out of 10) on Wealth, and (6.2 out of 10) on Time Freedom. Trust your instincts.
